Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

1.You will receive email updates of your order. Your email includes trackable number from registered courier company and the delivery date of your order.

2.The shipping costs may vary depending on orders and the delivery address.

3.We use standard delivery RM12.00 / FREE (Orders over RM189.00)

4.We will be processing and delivery your order(s) on the next working days depending what time you make your purchase and item availability.

5.The estimated delivery time will be between 3-6 working days, depending on the delivery address.

 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

1.Exchangeable with all original price tag attached, original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, within 7days only from date of purchase.

2.You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to exchange your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, we do not cover the cost of exchange shipping, customs duties, sales taxes, unless incorrect item(s) were sent.

3.Exchangeable valid for different color and size.

4.Replacement for defective item(s).

4.Exchangeable valid for one (1) time only.

5.Exchangeable not valid for sale/promotional item.

 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE 

1.Contact our customer care or email us.

2.Once your exchange has been processed, you will receive an email with details on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please return your exchange item(s) within 7days, we are unable to accept late exchange request.

3.We will review the item(s) exchange and if they meet the conditions of our exchange policy, your exchange will be approved and processed.

4.Exchange that do not meet or follow our exchange policy and procedures, will be sent back to the customer if you wish.
